The Vineyard Guesthouse is located at Kennedy Point on Waiheke Island. Surrounded by one of the Island’s oldest and largest stands of Pohutukawa (New Zealand’s iconic Christmas tree), the Guesthouse is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing retreat with spectacular views of the sea. Relax with a glass of wine on the deck or enjoy the many attractions on Waiheke Island. The self-contained house is fully equipped for your comfort and you can choose one of the following options:
- 1 bedroom (ensuite, lounge, kitchen/dining)
- 2 people NZ$250 per night

- 2 night minimum stay
- 2 bedrooms (lounge, bathroom, breakfast bar)
- 2 people NZ$250 per night; extra adult NZ$50 per night
- sleeps up to 4
- 2 night minimum stay
Or rent the complete house
- 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges, kitchen/dining
- up to 6 people NZ$500 per night
- 2 night minimum stay
The one and two bedroom units have separate entrances and parking areas.
Cancellation Policy Your security deposit is refundable on cancellation of bookings 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

- Car and two person return on Sealink Car Ferry
- 2 nights accommodation at the Vineyard Guesthouse
- Complimentary bottle of Sauvignon Blanc
